Hey there! James Ira White Jr. here, but you can call me J.J.

I'm 54 years old and, as you’ll see, I have worn many hats over the years - through those experiences, one thing has remained constant - my knack for making connections and embracing the challenges of hard work.

Growing up in a big family, I learned the value of hard work early on. My dad would play Zig Ziglar tapes in the car, teaching me that education never stops.

I had my first business at 12, painting address numbers on curbs. Multiple jobs kept me hustling through high school and college.

I've served as a pastor and a corporate chaplain for a Fortune 500 company.

My wife and I tackled the challenge of investing in over a million and a half in multi-family housing with no money, just a whole lot of sweat equity. (I'll share that story another time!)

As the Chief Operating Officer of an 86-unit Mobile Home Community, I increased its value by more than 2.5 million dollars.

In 2016, something deep inside me told me that I was meant to do something more. It took until 2018 for me to seek help and discover that I was dealing with severe depression and PTSD from childhood trauma.

Financially, I found myself starting over.

But every day, I work on myself—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I've spent the last two years immersing myself in the world of digital and affiliate marketing. I've invested over $20,000 in education and countless hours trying to figure it all out.
